Terms of Service.

Last updated: June 6, 2026. These Terms govern your use of NodalDesk. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

1. Who we are and acceptance

NodalDesk is a remote control service operated by CJ Development (Spain), hereinafter "NodalDesk" or "we". By signing up or using the service you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract. If you use NodalDesk on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. An account is personal and non-transferable.

4. Plans, prices and payments

NodalDesk offers a free plan and paid plans based on the number of connected devices (Personal, Pro, Team), billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the site and include applicable taxes where relevant. Payments are processed through Stripe; by subscribing you authorize the recurring charge at the start of each period until you cancel.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; you keep access until then and it does not renew afterward. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, periods already started are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

6. Acceptable use

You may only use NodalDesk to control machines you own or are expressly authorized to control by their owner. It is forbidden to access, control or monitor third-party devices without consent, as well as any unlawful or abusive use, or use that infringes the rights of others or the security of the service. You are solely responsible for your use of remote control and for the permissions you grant, including those given to AI agents.

7. Your data and content

You retain ownership of your data and of what you transmit through the service. NodalDesk acts as a means of transport and management; the processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

NodalDesk, its brand, logos, software and materials are © 2026 CJ Development. The service is licensed to you under these Terms, not sold. You may not copy, decompile or resell the software except as permitted by law.

9. Third-party services

NodalDesk relies on providers: payments via Stripe and hosting on OVH infrastructure operated by CJ Development. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Service availability

We work to offer a stable service, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be maintenance, changes or outages. We honestly state the current scope of the product in the documentation.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties beyond those required by law. We don't guarantee the service is error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NodalDesk shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., consumers).

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, make abusive use, or put the service or third parties at risk. You may close your account anytime; some data may be retained per the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll communicate it by reasonable means. Continued use of the service after it takes effect implies acceptance.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Spain, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings in their place of residence.
